Essay:  The Church and the State
are not separated under the law by David Ben Keyes II

After careful research and investigation into law and the separation of church and state; known as two separate bodies, for the church is a meeting place where people come to honor GOD.   I did not say worship because people themselves worship GOD at any given time and place.  Honoring a supreme entity over creation is more fitting; a set location, an establish building with a physical street address where the people themselves may enter its door and pay tribute with songs and praise and make donations of their own will that is tax free in reference to GOD, cannot be separated from the governing laws that applies to the people themselves.  I don’t believe that it is GOD who personally protects the people themselves, but the law in a legal term; though it is GOD who gives man the knowledge and know how to implement the law.  I am careful not to commit blasphemy, for I, myself know where the law originated; so GOD gave man the law upon his head; if he violates the law he receives just punishment under the law.  I know this from personal experience. The founders of the United States of America Corporation, for the United States of America was founded as a corporation by European investors all of who were Christians implemented “In GOD We Trust,” the United Stated of America still function as a corporation with its president and broad of directors; the senators.  At the founding of the United States of America the European investor implemented “In GOD We Trust,” in the law. All the courts system under the Supreme Court has “In GOD We Trust,” above the judges in front of the people themselves, therefore, the judges are in fact acting under the authority of GOD; the judges salaries, currency, money the people themselves exchange have “In GOD We Trust, written for the people themselves to see.  If the judges are acting under the authority of GOD; then the priests who is in charge of the church has power over the judges.  A priest is in fact better suited for the role of judge for he understands the people and the law, as it was in days of old.  A priest is not the same as the people themselves; under Christian law; he is ordain; he has knowledge and wisdom in many things; he is both judge and lawyer, for he give council to the people themselves. If the priest upholds the laws in the church under GOD; then that same priests is entitled to upholding the law in the court room.  For his judgments are more reasonable, he is of GOD.  If the law is corrupt, it is the people themselves that corrupt the law.  If the judge is a charlatan, how can he be fulfilling the law?  The priest is discipline; he thinks not of the people themselves, but his authority under GOD, and his duty to GOD; then to the people themselves.  If the courts were abolished, the people would still recognize GOD; for if the people themselves denounce GOD off the earth under the law; they in fact denounce their own existence.  Consider this; can a work of art that is a masterpiece denounce the artist?  GOD is the architect.
